Palmetto Citizens Foundation (“PCF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is dedicated to supporting charitable and educational initiatives that uplift communities across the Midlands of South Carolina and beyond. Protecting your privacy is a core part of that commitment. PCF is based in the United States.
